As the month of October comes to a close, we will be focusing on students' future careers with our Career Fair scheduled for October 23rd. Students will have the opportunity to hear from many different career presenters, as well as colleges and all branches of the military.

The fall weather is beautiful and hopefully you can find the opportunity to get out and enjoy the remainder of our fall athletic and fine arts seasons. Our last regular season game for football is this week and our girls soccer team will be heading to districts this Wednesday. Our Red Devil Band will be competing in the OMEA State Competition next Saturday as a result of the Superior ratings achieved so far this season.

Thank you to all those involved in planning our Career and College Exploration Day 2024. Students took the YouScience Aptitude and Interest survey in an effort to help them gain a better understanding of their potential future paths. On October 23rd, we then have over 30 presenters representing a wide variety of careers, colleges and military opportunities for our students. Students will spend the day in different stations learning about the many paths their lives can take after High School.

Seniors and Senior Parents -- We are excited to be highlighting you this year on our social media platforms. Please see the QR code to access our senior spotlight form. Our goal is to spotlight each of our 2025 seniors on our social media outlets this year. This is an optional program, but we look forward to recognizing those students who are interested.

Current high school juniors and seniors are invited to apply to explore career opportunities
within the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) later this fall. Applications are now
open to take part in ODNR's job shadow day on Friday, Nov. 22. ODNR's job shadow program
sheds light on various divisions throughout the department, including law enforcement,
information technology, natural resource protection, environmental sciences, business and
administration and engineering. Students will select from a variety of job shadow
opportunities and then be assigned to one of ODNR's divisions for the day. More information
