Welcome, if you've made it this far I want to invite you to take a few more steps forward into this journey with us. You're here because you've been asked by someone who believes that you have a passion and the ability to serve students in this day in age. Maybe you're here because you believe that students are valuable and discipleship amongst families is crucial. Either way, I want to welcome you to join our leadership team.
Our foundation is simple - "Student Ministry is everything a church is and does to reach, disciple, and send teenagers to love God, love people, make disciples, and join King Jesus in bringing His kingdom on earth." (quote from Dr. Richard Ross) We give ourselves to this ministry because we believe the Gospel is of the utmost importance and we believe that students and their families are truly valuable.
After the pandemic, youth ministry has been more important than ever. The amount of pressure and stress that students are going through combined with the urgency of equipping these students for mature faith is overwhelming at times. We need leaders who love students and love the Lord and have that desire to want to see Jesus drastically take hold of lives. We need you.
Our ultimate desire here is to cultivate gospel-centered disciples who cultivate gospel-centered disciples.
