Once again, it is time for our students in grades 5 - 12 to have the opportunity to support our district work / goals by participating in our district survey. Students will anonymously respond to questions about instructional practices, building culture/climate, and their thoughts on how to best to meet their needs and goals as they grow into future successful graduates. The survey will be distributed during the week of June 12th.

All data is analyzed by a 3rd party and then shared with the District anonymously. No student or teacher names are referenced at any point in the survey. Data is used for the purposes of districtwide goal setting / goal revisions. All collected data is shared, absent of names, with administration to provide feedback for district growth. The District receives a report that identifies trends - not individual responses (unless it is an open-ended question and then we receive the statement without the author's name.)

Families have the right to "opt" their child out of this survey experience by emailing their child's building principal. Students may skip any question they do not feel comfortable answering. Families who opt not to email their child's Principal will be granting family permission to engage in the survey process.
