The purpose of the PTO is to enhance and support the education experience at Melrose School and Lawn School, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parental involvement, and to improve the environment for students by cooperating with the Jamestown Schools to support the improvement of education through volunteer and financial support. All boys and girls, K thru 12th, are invited to join Cub Scouts or Scouts BSA. Scouts enjoy the flexibility of making friends, camping, and hiking, plus learning about first-aid, knots, and community citizenship.
