Ferguson-Florissant Prepares for April 8 Eclipse
On April 8, a solar eclipse will cross over the United States. Ferguson-Florissant School District will be in the path of the (partial) solar eclipse. The eclipse will be most evident in St. Louis around 1:55 to 2:05 p.m. Our area will experience a deep partial eclipse, with 99.1% coverage of the sun by the moon.
To prepare for this rare opportunity, Ferguson-Florissant has designed learning opportunities so that students can experience this event in a safe and educational manner. Click here to learn more.

Another FFSD Student Earns Private Pilot License
Check out the KSDK interview with senior Matthew Gaikins as he talks about the journey of earning his private pilot license. He shares about aspirations to become a medical evaluation pilot. Gaikins has become the second Ferguson-Florissant student to obtain his private pilot license before completing high school.
Matthew follows in the footsteps of Derreck Beal, who achieved this milestone last year and is now a freshman at Southeast Missouri State University studying aviation. Matthew, like Derreck, intends to pursue aviation studies in college after graduating. Both students were part of the Red Tail Cadet Program, an aviation program for Ferguson-Florissant high school students.
Congratulations to the Building Level Teachers of the Year!
Infinite Campus....Coming Soon!
New for the upcoming school year, Infinite Campus will replace Tyler SIS.
Exciting news! We're gearing up for a shift to a new student information system. Starting next school year, activities like filling out forms, checking grades, and monitoring student progress will take place on the Infinite Campus platform, moving away from Tyler SIS K-12. Learn about what that means for you.
