The Daily Update

Spring has sprung! Travelled with everybody to go see the Texas Eclipse Music Festival and will be camping out. We would never miss out on seeing the eclipse! We only wish Janis Joplin would be here to perform and see this today.

It feels unnatural the way that Janis Joplin died so young, she would have been 81 years, 2 months, and 14 days today if she were still among us.

Janis, our queen of blues will return! I know she will! It was revealed to me in a dream! We were chosen!!

Not very eager to go outside today, but that doesn't mean I cannot honor Janis in our own home! Time to pay homage by singing some of her songs. Who said you can't do karaoke on your own?

As all you guys know, we'll be building a new house completely inspired by Janis Joplin so we can live surrounded by her aura🤭. Obviously, I've told my architect that we want something built with architectural styles and components popular in the 1960s, Janis' peak! Large windows and that earthy feel so that everybody can see how we vibe to her music.

Besides the groovy atmosphere, warm tones, ceiling-high windows, and One mustn't forget the conversation pit that ruled the 1960s and 70s. This would be the perfect addition to listen to Janis' music with everybody and talk about her legacy.

All four of us could never survive without Janis Joplin's music. We always make sure to band up together and vibe with her songs. It's natural to blast her music in our house or car or with others who know her music. Above all, we can't help but sing along and sway! Once again, we're united with others to appreciate the passion she gives us

Mealtimes are so important to us all. The times are always enhanced knowing we are banded together, whether it be outside, inside the house, or just wherever. We love using ingredients from the back of our garden or from local markets, and cooking together! Lots of talk, lots of food, and lots of music(courtesy of Janis of course😌)

Finally! Nothing can hold us back from our appreciation of Janis,. Now that we are together, back from our various jobs, it is time to review all our works and experiment with our creations! We'll spend our day writing and performing the music we composed in our dedication to our inspiration, Janice!

Our house would not be a home without the presence of Janis. That's why we will be dedicating a special space where we can 'appreciate' Janis. It'll be a room with lots of space to dance around and high ceilings to sing out our hearts with her. We plan for tall windows to make the space feel bigger, we already know that all four of us could be contained then. We want a feeling of warmth and energy, AND obviously, the aura of Janis!

Even in death, the queen of Rock, Janis Joplin, still attracts waves of fans! The four of us eagerly go to any concert held! Our devotion is clear! Enthusiastic fans who are inspirited by by her songs! Her voice reached all the way to the back of the venue! It felt as if she was right in front of us! Always such an out-of-body experience, not matter how many times its happened before!
