ATB's Gymnastics Awards Showcase

Refer to the schedule you will be receiving for your gymnast’s performance date and time. The estimated length of each show is 1.5 - 2 hours.

• Upon Arrival, gymnasts must leave all belongings with a parent/guardian and check-in with ATB Staff at the designated locations (signage will be posted)
• Gymnasts will remain with ATB coaches for the duration of the program
• March In Ceremony
• Gymnasts will perform an exhibition of skills on each event – led and assisted by ATB coaches
• Closing Ceremonies – Every gymnast is recognized individually by name
• Event Ribbons and Participation Medals are given to all gymnasts

If this sounds like a lot, don’t worry; our coaching staff will be with them every step of the way during the performance!

Early Childhood Gymnastics: (All Classes)

Monday, June 2nd : Doors open at 6:00 pm, the showcase starts at 6:30 pm

Tuesday, June 3rd: Doors open at 6:00 pm, the showcase starts at 6:30 pm

Recreational Age: Girls and Boys Gymnastics, Tumbling, Rec League, Pre-team & Girls Advanced

Wednesday, June 4th: Doors open at 6:00 pm, the showcase starts at 6:30 pm

Thursday, June 5th: Doors open at 6:00 pm, the showcase starts at 6:30 pm

Friday, June 6th: Doors open at 6:00 pm, the showcase starts at 6:30 pm

All early childhood gymnasts will perform on Monday or Tuesday and all older gymnasts will perform on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. For any family with 2 preschoolers or 2 recreational-age siblings that are scheduled to participate on two separate dates, please inform the office on which date works best for your family’s schedule.

Performance Wear (leotards or t-shirts) will be available for pick up starting around the second week of May. There will be a second e-mail with more details closer to this time. These items will be picked up at the front desk. DO NOT take off the tags until your child has tried them on. Notify the office ASAP if there is a sizing issue. Please note Performance Wear will not be distributed until your tuition is paid in full. And your account balance is zero. This is strictly enforced – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Ticket sales begin Monday, May 5th at the front desk. Advance ticket sale prices are $8.00. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card when purchased in advance. At the door, ticket sale is $10.00, cash only.

The Above the Barre parking lot is expected to be filled at the exhibition. A list of available parking lots will be announced at a later date.

Regular classes will resume on Sunday, June 8th. No need to sign up for a new class or change classes. This brings added convenience to our ATB Families.

ATB will be closed for classes June 1st-7th during the Showcase week. All classes will resume on June 8th!

Your account balance must be paid in full before receiving your child’s exhibition leotard or T-shirt. The leotard or T-shirt will be distributed beginning the second week of May.

Your child will not receive the leotard or T-shirt until your Account is at ZERO.
