TNTT WEEKLY

The National Leadership Council convenes today to go over many important subjects and initiatives for our next phase of our organization. Also at this meeting, the Council is voting for the National Executive Committee 2018-2022. Please join us by praying for all the members to have a productive and fruitful meeting in the name of Christ.

On Thursday evening, Joshua Congress is opening with a solemn Mass to kick-start the great event with youth leaders from around the United States. We are praying that all the participants have a wonderful time at Joshua, are able to connect to VEYM leaders from different levels, to learn a lot and bring good faith back to the chapters.

On Saturday night, July 28th, at 10 pm, we will have a "Rosary & Candlelight Vigil For Vietnam" to pray for our home country Vietnam. Please join us at home with your family and fellow youth leaders from 10 -11 pm this Saturday. Hopefully Việt Nam soon will have peace, freedom and human rights.

As we wrap up the summer and soon to begin a new academic year, the National Executive Committee invites you to submit your request for the Weekly Gospel Booklets to be shipped to your Chapter. While donations are accepted for the Booklets, they are at no cost to the Chapters to order and use. Please complete the short request form below by this weekend.

As previously announced, the Word of God is Truth. As such, it is imperative that all Chapters/Đoàn teach the Weekly Gospel to the youth weekly during VEYM/TNTT meeting times as a part of the Student Curriculum (Chương Trình Thăng Tiến Đoàn Sinh). The newly edited and graphic enhanced Weekly Gospel Booklets are designed to assist Chapters to achieve this goal. Throughout the year, the National Executive Committee will also host Benchmark Assessments and Competitions to motivate and encourage full participation from all Chapters. If your Chapter has yet to implement the Weekly Gospel initiative, you're invited to begin this ASAP.

Congratulations to the Western Region and Southeastern Region on successful training camps. May all participants continue to grow in faith and keep the fire of love burning as they serve the youths.
