Superintendent Weekly Update
from the desk of Kathy Amos
December 20, 2024
May this Christmas season be filled with hope, joy and peace for your family. Thank you for bringing so much warmth, kindness and love to so many in our community this Christmas. I look forward to seeing you next year!
Through a Child's Eyes at Christmastime
Twinkling lights in a snowy glow,
Whispers of magic the young hearts know.
Stockings hung with careful cheer,
Dreams of wonder drawing near.
The scent of pine, the crackling fire,
A world of hope they inspire.
Cookies baked, sweet and warm,
Promise joy in every form.
Yet beyond the gifts and sparkling tree,
Lies a tale of love and humility.
A manger cradles a newborn’s cry,
Beneath the glow of a star-filled sky.
Shepherds gather, angels sing,
Glory to the newborn King.
In Bethlehem, on that holy night,
A Savior born, the world's true light.
Hushed excitement fills the air,
As if the stars hold love to share.
With every gift, a gleeful shout,
Of what this season’s all about.
Through a child’s eyes, the world’s agleam,
A place of kindness, like a dream.
For Christmas lives in hearts so true,
A spark of wonder, born anew.

Micaville Receives Some Love
Students from Boiling Springs Elementary worked together to raise $12,000 for Micaville Elementary! The highest fundraisers traveled with Principal Christopher Hall, teachers and PTO parents to deliver a check and posters for our students!
We deeply appreciate the effort put towards helping our Micaville staff and students after the loss of their school!
