We use Parchment, a convenient platform for former Tacoma Public Schools students to securely send and receive transcripts online. Learn more and view step-by-step directions on the Parchment website.

1. Select the button below for your school or enter the name of your school on the Parchment website.
2. Create a new learner account or login to an existing user account if you have one.
3. Add your information and make your selections.
4. Your school will appear on your dashboard, select order to place your order.
5. Enter the information for where you would like to send your transcript (a college, employer, organization, or you can send them to yourself or another individual).
6. Virtually sign to provide consent to send your transcript.
7. Enter your payment information and checkout.
8. You will receive a confirmation email and can check the status of your order.
9. Please contact the Parchment help center if you need help.

Each year, in the middle of the Fall, TPS seniors begin completing their high school and beyond plan, a WA state graduation requirement. Students will not be able to graduate or walk in the graduation ceremony without this completed. It takes most students about 4 hours to complete.

As WA State transitions to a new state-wide system for the High School and Beyond Plan, we expect we'll be able to enroll all of our seniors in the Schoolinks program by mid-November. Thanks for your patience!

Important Deadlines:

Early Bird Order Deadline: October 29th (Free Shipping on orders over $200 and other discounts and promotions)

Final Group Order Deadline: December 10th (Last day to get the group price of $60 for the Cap/Gown/Tassel/Stole Unit)

The Washington State Fair Foundation Blue Ribbon Scholarship application will open on 12/1/2024. Attached you will find one sheeters for each scholarship available to students in your high schools and an informational poster. There are many scholarships (art, science, agriculture, general, trades) available to students from across the state of Washington.

The annual Korsmo & Tacoma Public Schools (TPS) Trades & Career Fair is just around the corner, and we’re inviting students and parents to be a part of this incredible event!

TOL Students can just use public transportation or cars to go to this event.

Event Details:

• Date: Friday, November 1st, 10 AM - 1 PM
• Location: Tacoma Dome, 2727 E D Street, Tacoma, WA 98421
• Who’s Invited: Students, parents, and community members!

What to Expect:

• Explore High-Wage Careers: The fair features over 100 local employers in various fields such as building construction, electrical work, engineering, architecture, welding, landscaping, medical, and more.
• Hands-On Learning: Students can engage directly with industry professionals, participate in hands-on demonstrations, and learn about exciting career paths available right here in Tacoma.
• Maritime|253 Introduction: A special segment of the event will highlight the Maritime|253 Skills Center, offering insight into opportunities within the maritime industry.
