We thank these amazing students for modeling great behavior, making great decisions and leading by example. They are trustworthy, kind, respectful, helpful and work hard to be successful both inside and outside the classroom. They are a huge part of our successes at CHS this year and we love their ability to switch between hard work and play!
Teacher and Para of the Month
Teacher of the Month
March: Michael McCabe: Mr. McCabe has been a very fun and funny teacher, always willing to mess with you, not in a bad way but in like a playful manner. He always does the randomest stuff making the whole class break out in laughter. Overall, he is a great teacher and human being.
April: Carlee Garrett: Mrs. Garrett is a new teacher in our building but understands the value of building trust with her learners. She is very understanding and listens when you speak to her and when you talk to her you can trust her. When we are not feeling our best she understands and listens and tries to help in class. She is always willing to help you understand the concepts in a hard class like Geometry.
Para of the Month
March: Renee Zettle: Renee’s humor and playful nature draws in both learners and staff members, making her a favorite at CHS. She is a much needed friendly, compassionate face in Student Services North. Renee can be counted on to always help in any way she can and she is selfless in her service to Coppell High School. We appreciate her kindness, dedication and hard work!
April: Rosemary Tarleton: Rosemary is one of our greatest unsung heroes of Coppell High School. Her commitment and kindness to our students is unparalleled. In the classroom, she is encouraging to our students and makes their learning fun.
