SGB will begin with pizza hot lunch on Friday, October 18 and also on October 25.

To order Pizza, please:

1. Complete the form attached on the SGB website. (It will be available later this week.)

2. Send it in with your child's payment in an envelope to the main office.

Envelope should be labeled with:

• Your child's name
• Class
• "PIZZA MONEY for 10/18 & 10/25"

Inside the envelope should be your child's form and payment.

Payment and order forms are due on 10/11.

We will once again be hosting an e-wallet Book FAIR.

This was a simple, effective option for both the volunteers and our parents, who were able to set a spending limit for their students.

Cash will be accepted at the fair, but please know that we will be rounding the purchase up to the nearest dollar amount, and contributing the change to our school library.

Last spring, we were able to use the change generated to buy 4 books for the SGB library!

Parents may also visit the fair in person on Friday, October 4, during the SGB BBQ.

NEW!

Through our grant with NRC-DAP (North Rockland Coalition - Drug Awareness and Prevention) they will be funding some of SGB'S FAMILY FUN NIGHTS, because building relationships with your family and community helps children grow up to make better choices and gives them the strength needed to walk away or say "no" to dangerous situations.

SGB's first one will be on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25 for GRADES K-2.

We invite families to join us to build community, make new friends, and have a great time bonding with your children as we welcome back BACKYARD PE to host a night filled with awesome games for everyone!

• If you should require additional assistance with any concerns related to our school after meeting with Ms. Clarke, please contact Mrs. Cathleen Cassel, our Regional Superintendent for the Archdiocese of New York at (845) 831-3073.

2. CHANGES in DISMISSAL or ABSENCES

• Please complete the online form to notify the SGB Staff of any changes in your child's dismissal or if your child will be absent. Any child who is absent for 3 or more days must have a note from a doctor upon return. Thank you!

3. PARKING

• Please avoid parking in the teachers' parking lot. There is available parking in the church parking lot if you should arrive early. Please wait there until your child's drop off time.

4. VISITING SGB & NEW SIGN IN

• In an effort to keep our school safe and know when guests are in the building at all times, ALL adults will sign in when they enter.

For your convenience, you can sign in using:
