Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Please pay close attention to all of the upcoming events to end our school year.

I want to give a huge shout-out to all of our elementary band and chorus students and to Mrs. Poulsen and Ms. Rouse for an amazing performance this week.

Also, a big shout out to all of our 7th and 8th grade students who were inducted into the National Jr Honor Society under the lead of Mrs. Laky.

You are all welcome to join us on our fields for field day. Below is the schedule of events. Please be mindful that we encourage good sportsmanship and encouragement for all abilities. Please also pack water for your child to have.

Hello 7th Grade Parents & Guardians:

For the fourth year in a row, there will be a Spanish 1 course offered online next year for 8th graders, taught by IHS teachers. This is a great opportunity to earn high school credit and enter 9th grade taking Advanced Spanish 2. Click on the links below to access a digital flyer with all pertinent information and a Google form to complete if interested in signing up. Space is very limited! A lottery will take place if there is more interest than seats available.

Monday 6/3: Interest Form Closes

Tuesday 6/4: Lottery Selection

Wednesday 6/5: Required contracts will be sent to parents of selected students

Wednesday 6/19: Reminders will be sent via text with contract form link to any parents who have not yet responded

Wednesday 6/26: Contract submission window closes; any students without a completed contract will be removed from the roster and alternates will be selected from the remaining names in the lottery
