Learn Empower Achieve Dream: AT RHE WE LEAD!
A Word From Mrs. Randels
Dear Rattler Families,
I am so proud to say that our staff here at RHE are doing an amazing job keeping our Rattlers engaged in learning AND making it fun! There are so many wonderful projects happening around campus and it makes me so proud to know that our staff and teachers have these things planned knowing that right now is a hard time of year and students might be feeling a bit burned out. I was also reminded this week what makes our school so special...it is the community! I had the opportunity to hear some feedback from a few parents and they shared some really amazing things about RHE:
- "Community! There are so many opportunities for parents to be involved in the school."
- "Growth Mindset! Students are learning how to take charge of their learning and my child is making gains and gaining confidence."
- "My children are thriving with all of the opportunities they are provided. With broadcast and student leadership they are gaining skills to become great."
At RHE, we do strive to provide students with opportunities that will help set them up for success outside of school. There are 8 key skills that we plan for and provide opportunites for including responsibility, vision (planning for the future), prioritization, higher-order thinking, relationship building, communication, empathy, and collaboration. I hope that you notice these skills developing in your children at home as well!
Thank you to all of our volunteers and PTO Members who came to our Synergy Rally today! We are so grateful for your support and hours you spend contributing to the greatness of our school. Partnership with parents is valued and very much appreciated!
