The Structured Classroom Series is a blended learning community designed to support teachers via online virtual classroom and face-to-face collegial interaction to improve student outcomes!

What can I expect if I register for The Structured Classroom Series?

Expect to connect with facilitators and colleagues who share your passion for teaching students with significant cognitivie disabilities working towards Florida Standards Access Points.

This course focuses on the following topics:

Learner profiles
Physical space/classroom layout that supports students
Visual supports/communication
Data for instructional decision-making
Technology for student learning
Classroom management/behavior

Event Information

The Structured Classroom Series

This course involves multiple online sessions in a virtual classroom, with one face-to-face day of learning at FDLRS Action Resource Center. The above date indicates the initial online class meeting. Attendance at all sessions is required. Each participant will need a headset with microphone to contribute to class discussions.

The series includes REQUIRED follow-up activities in order to earn inservice credit. It is designed as a blended online professional learning opportunity.
