We are over half way through the semester and the end of the 2nd 9 weeks is approaching fast. As we wrap up our fall semester we can't help but be excited about the accomplishments of our students. Our students excelled in athletics, fine arts and academics! Keep up the great work Gators!

Report Card 1 is posted to skyward portfolio. Progress Report 3 will post on or before Friday, November 11th.

Upcoming Course Selections

Rising 10th graders will have the opportunity to select their classes for the next year soon. They will be meeting with the counselor, Ms. Amber Smith, to finalize their choices November 7th-10th.

The purpose of the University Interscholastic League (UIL) Academic contests are to motivate students through comprehensive competitions, challenge students to think critically and provide students with the opportunity to demonstrate mastery of essential knowledge and skills.


We are looking for students excited to represent West Fork High School in all areas of academics on our first Academic UIL team. Students that choose to sign up will be provided information about their competition and will meet with their coach/advisor regularly to prepare to compete.

West Fork High School will host a Veteran's Day ceremony and reception on November 11th at 8 AM. We ask students to invite any family or friends who have served. We wish to honor our veterans and their families.

1st Semester Final Exams

Exam exemptions will be available for fall semester exams. Attend school, arrive on time and maintain an 80 average to exempt! Exam exemption policy


Final Exams will take place December 12th-15th; students will NOT be permitted to take any exams early - no exceptions. The fall final exam schedule is attached below. Please click the link to download.

New Caney ISD A / B Day Schedule
NCISD schools follow an alternating block schedule. On A day students attend classes 1-5 and on B day attend classes 6-10.
Smart Tag Transporation
Smart Tag is an online portal for transportation information. This includes bus number, pick up and drop off location. Sign up to get alerts 10 minutes prior to arrival. Email wfhsparents@newcaneyisd.org to change a student's transportation method
