The Art District is seeking connections with local businesses that can fulfill a variety of creative needs, ranging from providing physical spaces like rental venues, art studios, dance studios, and storage spaces to offering decor services and event catering.

We are looking to adopt five nonprofits this quarter that align with our mission. If you know of any nonprofits that could use help with additional fundraising, advocacy and awareness we would love to serve them to best of our creative ability. Thank you for making the connection.

It is with great expectation and excitement for launching our creative vision in 2025 that we formally announce that we have officially joined The Chamber of Commerce. We hope to create new opportunities here in Palm Beach for creatives and inspire artists to find their voice and connect with their purpose. We love to inspire dreamers and give them a space to grow in community. Making friends helps us do that, we appreciate and value the support from our local business community. We are looking forward to a year of making art, coloring outside of the lines, and making a home for artists in Palm Beach.

Do you know someone that we can help or services we could use. Send us a referral. We are currently seeking to serve artists through our creative internship here in Palm Beach. We would love to connect with local businesses to help us do that. Our creative needs include rental spaces, art studios, marketing collaborations, event spaces, catering, film studios, dance studios, storage spaces, and dreamers.

Common Grounds has been a refuge and a staple in the community providing a welcoming space for artists to express themselves creatively through hosting open mic nights and community events, hosted by Jeannette and her stages. They have been a pillar for artists to find their voice. You can stay posted on all future events by following them on social media.

CG Community Development provides a space for business owners, business professionals and entrepreneurs to connect. Their main objective is to help business owners to grow and give back because when businesses succeed, communities flourish.

Join 30+ business owners and professionals each week for quality business connections, growth opportunities through organic referrals, group discussion, and a great cup of coffee with a side of laughter. The meeting officially starts at 8:30am and ends promptly at 9:30am but the real networking is before and after the meeting. See you Tuesday!

Digital Vibez®, Inc. is an innovative and unique nonprofit organization focused on reaching youth and families in underserved communities. Their programs include, but are not limited to; Fitness Jamz, Family and Community Events, Hip Hop, Digital Expressions® and other classes. Their staff members can prepare a schedule or program that is tailored just for your crowd. Each program is designed to promote dynamic physical activities for children and their families through a diverse genre of dance, music, technology and health tips.

Creative Community

We are currently seeking to serve artists by creating spaces and community for them to dive deeper into their creativity and grow in their personal development. Our creative community allows artists to explore new ideas and concepts experimenting with their craft. We encourage and challenge creatives to be stretched in their creativity, make new experiences and step outside of the box.

Creative Marketing

To serve our creative community we are partnering with local businesses to take up advertising space on our postcards. This helps us advertise our events, serve more creatives and provide more opportunities in Palm Beach.

Fashion Photography

This one was very spontaneous. Some of my friends, Ephraim Kis, and Kirby Desvallons got inspired to go out in nature and get some really cool shots. Although we don't claim to be professionals, one thing for sure is that we love what we do. We provide a space for creatives free from the pressure of competition and performance. We create a space for them to just simply be creative and enjoy what they do.

We would like to grow our local audience and reward them for liking and sharing our posts on social media. We would love if you could take part in this campaign by offering services that we can give local shout-outs about. This would entail us making a purchase from your business and referring your services as a prize in one of our social media contest.

Could your local business get more awareness. Get your business on our postcards and in the hands of your future customers. What could getting in 5,000 mailboxes do for your local business? How about 10,000? We are currently offering space on our 9x12 postcards to local businesses in Palm Beach county. These postcards will be sent out to 10,000 homes in your local area by the post office through EDDM. And yes we handle all the printing, shipping and mailing them out with free design included. It’s full service at a fraction of the cost. While a batch that large would normally a few thousand dollars it may be as low as $0.7 per postcard for businesses that partner with The Art District.

The postcards our creative team are putting together offers small businesses the opportunity to market themselves to the community in such a big way, but for a significantly lower cost. By each business contributing to the cost of the postcard everyone gains exposure and saves money.

Combining the power of social media with physical print allows us to get even more local engagement. This cost-effective approach allows for precise local targeting, making it ideal for small businesses, restaurants, local services, and retailers aiming to promote their products or services within their community. EDDM postcards offer a tangible way to connect with potential customers, delivering your message directly to their mailboxes and bypassing the clutter of digital advertising. With eye-catching designs and compelling offers, EDDM postcards can increase brand awareness, and generate leads for your business.
