MAP Testing Begins at the Lower School
On Tuesday and Thursday morning of this week, the Lower School will begin Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) testing for students in 1st-8th grade. These assessments are designed to help us understand each student’s academic growth throughout the year. Since the tests are untimed, students can take as much time as they need to do their best work.
To set your child up for success, please ensure they get a good night’s sleep before each test, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive at school on time. A well-rested and nourished body leads to better focus and performance, helping students feel confident and prepared.
Lunch Updates
Our lunch options are quickly filling up with some exciting vendors! We’re pleased to announce a new addition for Thursdays—Bush’s Chicken will be serving their famous chicken tenders and chicken tender meals. On Mondays, enjoy Mr. Gatti’s Pizza, and Jason’s Deli will continue as our provider for Tuesday lunches.
Important Details:
- Order Deadlines: Orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. the day before delivery.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, you can do so by 8:00 a.m. on the day of delivery. Simply go to the "Order History" tab, enter the date range, and select the red trash can icon next to the order you wish to cancel.

If you choose not to order lunch through Wholesome Food Services, please remember to send a packed lunch with your child. Until more options become available, please ensure your child brings a lunch from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Help Us Spread the Word: Tour Tuesday for Prospective Families!
We’re excited to continue Tour Tuesday events, where prospective families can experience what makes Bishop Louis Reicher special! Your voice is one of the best ways to share our mission.
If you know someone interested in our academic programs, faith-based education, and nurturing environment, encourage them to join us for a Tour Tuesday. They’ll meet members of our admin team, tour the campus, and see life at Bishop Louis Reicher.
You can also help by sharing our Tour Tuesday post on Facebook. Thank you for supporting our school’s growth!
Help Us Grow Our Community: Refer a New Family
At Bishop Louis Reicher, we are blessed with a community that shares our commitment to faith, academic excellence, and strong moral character. You, our families, are the heart of this community, and we value your referrals.
If you know a family that shares our values, we invite you to refer them to us. Whether they’re considering starting/transferring this year or enrolling for next year, we’d love to connect and share what makes our school special.
To refer a family, simply fill out our online referral form. Our Admissions Office will follow up with them and share more about the exciting programs and faith-based education we offer. By sharing your experiences, you can help others discover the lasting impact of a Bishop Louis Reicher education.
