A Message from Ms. Peterson
Hello MCP3 Families!
Happy Fall!!
October is the beginning of the Autumn season and seasonal changes. During this time, students tend to get sick with the flu as the season changes. Please remind your students to wash their hands, drink plenty of fluids, and get a good night's sleep to reduce their risk of illness.
It is recommended that preschool children get 10-13 hours of sleep each day (including naps). "Children need their sleep to be their best," says Dr. Shah, a pediatric sleep specialist states. Research shows that kids who get enough sleep show improvements in:
- Attention.
- Behavior.
- Learning.
- Memory.
- Emotional regulation.
- Mental health.
- Physical health.
- Overall quality of life.
Friday is our first "Spirit Day!" Scholars have been working on writing their personal mission statements in class and on Friday they will get to share them with their classmates so scholars are invited to "Dress for Success" on Friday 10/4/24. MCP3 will have a Mission Statement Assembly the following Friday where a few scholars and staff will get to present the Mission Statements to the school.
Please reach out to our Office Manager Ms. Perine by emailing cassandra.perine@mkeprep.com or calling our office 414-264-6007 with any questions or concerns related to your payment or enrollment.
With Love and Respect,
Ms. Peterson
