Erin Sinner has been named assistant principal of North High School. She will assume the role on July 1 from Dr. Joshua Andres, who is leaving Fargo Public Schools for an administrative position in a different school district.

Sinner has served at Davies High School since 2015, first as an English teacher from 2015-2021 and as an instructional coach since 2021. She began her educational career as an English Teacher at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School in Plymouth, Minn. from 2011-12. She was then an English teacher at Robbinsdale Cooper High School in New Hope, Minn. before starting at Davies in 2015.

Sinner holds a Master of Education from the College of Saint Scholastica and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Secondary Education from the College of Saint Benedict. She is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Learning and Leadership from North Dakota State University. She also holds a North Dakota Secondary Principal Credential.

Lori Nappe has been named the assistant principal of Explorer Academy. She will assume the role on July 1 from Emily Dilliard, who has been named Explorer Academy principal.

Nappe has served as Fargo Public Schools District assistant principal since 2023. She began her education career as a fifth grade teacher at David Crockett Elementary School in McAllen, Texas in 1992. She was a sixth grade teacher at Cheyenne Eagle Butte Schools in Eagle Butte, S.D. from 1992-93 and an English Learner Paraprofessional at Thomas Edison Elementary School in Moorhead from 1994-97. Nappe began with Fargo Public Schools as an English Learner teacher at Discovery Middle School from 1997-2008. She was an EL teacher at Lewis & Clark Elementary School from 2008-2020. She was the Dean of Students for English Language Development Summer School from 2018-2022 and Co-Principal of Elementary Virtual Academy from 2020-23.

Nappe holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from MSUM, and a master’s degree in administration from MSUM. She holds a license in K-12 administration in N.D. and Minn.
