Tuesday the 24th is picture day at IM Terrell. Students will be taking their photos during their Humanities classes. Please help remind your students to come dressed for their yearbook picture. We will be taking cap and gown, tux/drapes, and street wear photos for the seniors. We have two sizes of white button downs, XL and M. Please feel free to bring your own white button downs. We will supply jackets and ties. For the drape photo, we ask that students bring a tank top. Below is a preview of what the drape photo looks like.

Hispanic Latin-X Festival - Friday, Sept 27th | 3:45-5:30 PM
Hey Panther family! Come on out and celebrate with us at the Hispanic/Latin X Festival on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 3:45 PM - 5:30 PM. There will be plenty of food, cultural dances, vendors, and more. Scan the QR Code to add songs to the playlist.

Fall Choir Updates and Upcoming Concert
Dear Panther Family,
This weekend, 52 Terrell Choir members competed in Round 1 of the Texas All-State Choir Auditions at Alvarado HS. All of these students have grown tremendously through their preparations, and I am so proud of each and every one of them!
Celebrations are in order because we have TWENTY SINGERS advancing to Round 2 Auditions in November. TEN ADDITIONAL SINGERS were also named to the Region Treble Choir.
When you see these singers, please congratulate them for placing in the Region Choirs!

Give Back to the Community and Adopt a Cat! - October 5, 2024
Want to know a great way to give back to the community? Consider adopting a cat and add a wonderful addition to your family. These cats are available through Saving Hope Animal Rescue and Meowtown Animal Rescue of Fort Worth and there will be an event at the Fairmont Community Library on October 5th from 10:00AM - 1:00PM. Parent Program - Prepping for College - Wed, October 9, 2024
The Crucible - A Senior Production - October 18-19, 2024
The seniors will be performing The Crucible starting on October 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM. There will also be two showings on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Junior students will be able to receive Extra Credit for attending any of the performances since they will be reading it later on this school year!

Hello Terrell Panther Parents,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request your assistance if you are dropping of or picking up your child before and after school.
I have included a map with a few outlines and request moving forward so that we can keep our kids safe and prevent traffic jams or accidents.
I M Terrell Standard of Dress
Secondary Dress Code for Grades 9-12
TOPS
- Color: Any color is permitted.
- Style: Collared (polo or Oxford) shirts or blouses, mock turtlenecks or turtlenecks and t-shirts that are within dress code guidelines.
BOTTOMS
- Color: Any color is permitted.
- Style: Pants, shorts, skirts, skorts, capris or jumpers are acceptable; shorts, skirts, and skorts must be at least finger-tip length
SHOES
- Style: Athletic shoes, loafers, dress shoes or other closed-toe shoes as well as open-toe/open-heel shoes are acceptable.
Unacceptable dress for ALL grades (Prekindergarten-12)

Great news! Advisory classes have been determined and students will be divided up amongst teams. Advisory will be very different this school year and will be 30 minutes EVERYDAY. More details will be provided during Welcome Back week on how Advisory assignments will be tied to the district MTSS initiative.
