ACT Testing 2024-2025

The next ACT test date is September 14th. Registration is closed for that test date. Go to Missouri ACT for more information about future ACT testing.

The RayPec High School code is 262580. That is what students use to indicate that they are a RP student so their scores get sent to us.

Raypec High School is a testing location for ACT national test dates. The RayPec Test Center Code is 166690. This is what students use to select RP as the testing location.

ACT Prep Course Schedule

Prep class sessions and important dates for the 2024-2025 ACT

After School ACT Prep Class Registration and Payment - We will be offering a 2-week after school prep course before the national ACT Tests given in October, December, February, and April. Registration is currently open for the Prep Course being offered October and Oct 14-17. This class will be held 2:45-4:45 on the after school dates and also includes a Saturday practice test from 8-12. Make sure to sign up by Oct 1 and registration is limited to 25. The cost of the course is $45.

Just a quick reminder about attendance processes and policies. As a courtesy to our teachers, staff, and administrators, please email our attendance office hs_attendance@raypec.org to get your student's absence verified. Providing doctor notes from appointments that your students might have will make those absences excused. It's also important to note that if your student is attending an off-site program like the LEAD Center or Cass County Career Center, these programs keep their own attendance separate from the high school. Therefore, please make sure to reach out to that program as well. Thank you for your help in this matter as we continue to ensure a safe and productive environment for all students.

September Students of the Month

Congratulations to the September Students of the Month. Seniors Sophie Dick and Carter Younger were chosen for the Sunrise Optimist Club Award. Seniors McKenna Raymond and Devin Fisher were chosen for the Belton-Raymore Rotary Club Award. Students were nominated by their teachers for excellence in attitude, leadership, character, and good citizenship. Great job to all!

Homecoming Dance 2024

Neon Nights

The dance is scheduled from 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, at Panther Stadium. The theme is Neon Nights. Homecoming t-shirts and dance tickets will be on sale during all lunch shifts at the high school beginning Monday, Sept. 16. T-shirts are $15 and dance tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Out of School Dance Request forms are available in all grade level offices. They will need to be turned in by 3:00pm, Wednesday, September 18th.

For those guests who are homeschooled, or have already graduated, the form will be returned to the front office.

For those who have a guest attending from an outside school:

give the form to the guest
the guest will have their high school administrator sign the form and email it back to penny.stauffer@raypec.org
the emailed form MUST come from the school administrator's email
