Alaska's Heart Through Student Art
A special opportunity for students in grades K-12 to be recognized and represent our School District and communities before policy makers at the February ACSA Legislative Reception. Students create work that is either visual art or technology based (digital story, multi-media display, electronic music, etc.) and submit it to the Delta Raven Office by January 14 or to the District Office by January 18. Two entries will be chosen from District-wide submissions to be taken to Juneau for display. All other entries will be displayed at the District Office.
Entries should demonstrate creative learning methods in your school or represents your community. Each entry should have a submission tag with the following information: Student Name, Grade, Name of art piece and topic of study, School name and city, Superintendent and District.

Name the Ferry
Students in grades 6 - 12 have the opportunity to name one of the two new Alaska Class Ferries. Entries are due March 15th. Check the link below or stop by the office to get more information.
