PBIS Spotlight Store Donations
Our monthly PBIS Spotlight Store is coming up on September 25-27, and we would love your help! If you are able to donate any one of the items listed on the Sign Up Genius below, it would be GREATLY appreciated! These are items (with limitations) for which students are able to cash in their earned Spotlight points!
Please drop off any donation to the Front Office marked as Spotlight donation by Friday, September 20th. The items listed are student favorites; we do ask for no products with nuts for nut allergies. Thank you!

Suicide Prevention Awareness
As we enter September, we want to highlight an important cause: Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. This is a vital time to focus on the mental well-being of our children and support efforts to prevent suicide.
Understanding and recognizing the signs of distress can make a significant difference. Encourage open conversations with your child about their feelings and remind them they are never alone. It's also important to know that our school offers resources and support for both students and families.
Together, we can create a supportive environment that promotes mental health and well-being. If you have any concerns or need resources, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Additionally, this week we will begin delivering the Signs of Suicide Lesson to all participating students.
College and Career Readiness: Architecture & Construction
This month we are highlighting the Architecture and Construction Career Cluster. Parents and guardians, if you work in one of the related fields, please email Ms. McKoy a blurb (and a picture if you want) about your job!
Ms. McKoy's email: grace.mckoy@cowetaschools.net

Therefore, students must go home using their normal transportation and may return to the school at 4:30.
In addition, students must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. for all athletic events.
