Gertie Belle Rogers Elementary
March 2025
A Note from the Principal's Office
Hello, March!
As we welcome a new month, March brings us a fresh opportunity to continue growing, connecting, and spreading positivity! With spring just around the corner, it's the perfect time to embrace new beginnings and strengthen our commitment to kindness and respect.
Last month, we focused on fueling our ride with positive energy, and it was wonderful to see students and families uplifting one another. Your enthusiasm and dedication to creating a supportive community are truly inspiring!
This month, our theme is "No Bullies Allowed"—a reminder that kindness, inclusion, and respect should guide our actions every day. Together, we’ll explore ways to stand up for ourselves and others, build strong friendships, and create a school environment where everyone feels safe and valued.
Here are some ways to reinforce this message at home and in school:
- Practice kindness daily—small gestures like a smile or a kind word can go a long way.
- Talk about inclusion—encourage conversations about celebrating differences and making everyone feel welcome.
- Stand up for others—if you see someone being treated unfairly, offer support and speak up in a kind and respectful way.
Thank you for being a vital part of our positive and caring community. Let’s make March a month of kindness, courage, and respect as we stand together to say, "No Bullies Allowed!"
Warm Regards,
Mrs. Pierson
