Heading Into Break
As we approach fall break, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on the amazing things happening this semester. It’s been a fantastic start to the school year, full of learning, growth, and opportunities. From the Jug Game celebrations to engaging classroom experiences, the school spirit is alive and thriving. It’s been great to see students fully immersed in their studies, extracurriculars, and building connections with one another.
As you prepare for a well-deserved fall break, I encourage you to take some time to rest, recharge, and reflect on the great work accomplished so far. We’re excited for what lies ahead.
Enjoy your break, and we’ll see you back refreshed and ready to continue the journey!
Grade Check #2
Grades in Infinite Campus are updated. As we progress through the semester, it's important to stay on top of current grades. Remember, if the semester were to end today, the grades you see now would be what appear on your final transcript. This is an important checkpoint to ensure that you're on track with your goals and taking advantage of opportunities to improve before the semester closes.
Please take a moment to log into your portal, review assignments, and reach out to teachers with any questions or concerns. Staying informed and proactive now can make all the difference later.
You may want to take advantage of conferences next Monday to visit with teachers about your grades.

Attendance
Regular attendance is one of the most crucial factors in a student's academic success. Each day of school provides new opportunities for learning, growth, and collaboration. When students attend consistently, they are more likely to stay engaged with the curriculum, build strong relationships with peers and teachers, and develop the discipline needed to succeed beyond high school. Missing classes, on the other hand, can lead to gaps in learning, lower grades, and a decreased sense of connection to the school community.
Attendance sets the foundation for future success, as it reflects commitment, responsibility, and resilience—traits that are essential for life after graduation.
