These will be extra special sessions where your students will not only learn about the UTHSA but will have this unique presentation and the opportunity to meet UTHSA medical students and have a Q&A. There will only a few of these sessions offered-all on Fridays, from 1-3p m. Please select from the following dates: October 6th, October 13th or November 3rd, from 1:00-3:00pm. - Science Expo 2017
Science Expo 2017 at the UT Health Science San Antonio (UTHSA) will happen in the near future. The event will be held Saturday, Nov. 11 from 8:00am – 12:00noon. We are excited to provide this FREE event for high school students to learn about health career opportunities. The day is filled with hands-on activities and interactive sessions for students to learn from and enjoy! Students can register individually or as a class or as a group/organization. Classes and groups must be accompanied by a teacher sponsor and have appropriate numbers of chaperones. A student/chaperone ratio of 10:1 is strongly recommended. If your school cannot commit to bringing a group, individual students who are over the age of 16 can register and attend as an individual. Once we receive your initial registration information, we will send you additional details about parking and event logistics.
