Admin Announcements
Reading together at home is a cornerstone of your child's education. It fosters a love of learning, strengthens their vocabulary and comprehension, and builds crucial early literacy skills. Even 15-20 minutes each day can make a significant difference.
Make reading fun! Let your child choose books that interest them, use funny voices for characters, and pause to ask questions about the story.
Don't forget to incorporate foundational skills into your reading time. Gently guide your child in identifying letters and their sounds, and practice reading high-frequency words together. These simple activities will build confidence and prepare them for success in school and beyond.
Remember, the goal is to create a positive and enjoyable reading experience. By making it a regular part of your family routine, you're investing in your child's future and creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
