Gladiator Pride
Since we are well over halfway through the year, now is the perfect time to remind our school community of the values of being a Gladiator. Fowlerville Community Schools is committed to providing an environment characterized by respect, responsibility, and safety. These values are the cornerstone of our educational philosophy, guiding both students and staff in their daily interactions within our school community.
We encourage everyone—students, staff, and parents alike—to actively participate in promoting a positive school culture. Through programs like Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS) and Capturing Kids’ Hearts at the Junior High School and High School, our students are at the forefront of setting standards and holding each other accountable, demonstrating the impact of peer influence in promoting positive behavior.
By supporting these values, we are collectively ensuring that our school remains a nurturing space where every individual is appreciated and supported. Let us continue to work together to uphold these principles, making Fowlerville Community Schools a model of positive and inclusive education.
Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to our school community. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of our students.

(All Students) Credit Recovery:
Students that have lost credit in a core class that you need to make up for graduation:
Credit Recovery is a great way to get back on track without disrupting your normal school schedule. Getting back on track for graduation as early as possible can also open up room in your day for other more specialized opportunities such as Wilson Talent Center, Co-op etc. Besides for tests, students may choose to work virtually at any time, or afterschool from 2:30-4:00 on Mondays and Thursdays in Room B-210.
Space is limited; please turn in this form along with the $50 fee as soon as possible. If you qualify for free and reduced lunch, a fee waiver is available. The appropriate family income paperwork must be on file in order to receive the waiver. See your counselor if you’re unsure which class(es) you need.
Please turn in the required forms and payment to the counseling office.

Information on how to apply for over 30 local scholarships will be provided. The presentation, application links, and more information can be found on our high school website-counseling tab- scholarships, as well as in the students Class of 2024 Google Classroom. The deadline to turn in applications to the counseling office is Friday, March 1st at 2:30. Winners will be notified in April and invited to the 2024 Senior Honors Night in the Alverson Center for Performing Arts in May.
Fowlerville High School extends their gratitude to all local scholarship sponsors that provide over $25,000 to our senior class each year.
(Seniors) FAFSA Update:
Additional Guidance from the state was sent out regarding the status of free and reduced lunch. Only students that qualify financially should indicate they receive Free and Reduced lunch on their application. If you already marked you receive Free and Reduced Lunch (all students in the state of Michigan have received free and reduced lunch since Covid), more information will be provided later. We will pass that information on as soon as we receive it.
We were also just informed that colleges will not receive the FAFSA form from the government until mid-March. This means that families will not know the total amount of aid available to them until late spring.
Despite delays, please remember that when you complete your FAFSA, you are holding a “place in line” for your award. Those that complete the FAFSA earlier have access to more funds.
PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR FAFSA- no matter what your plans are now. Each year we have students that change their plans and have not completed their FAFSA and are not able to access financial aid. The FAFSA is not just for college loans but also for grants and many scholarships that do not have to be paid back and can be used at colleges, universities, community colleges, trade schools, certificate preparation programs etc.
Additional Virtual FAFSA workshops have been added:
Tutoring Available
We also have our Math Lab open daily during school and after school for math-specific assistance.
No sign-ups are required for turning or math lab! All are welcome! Please note, that transportation is not provided after school.
