VILAGRAD SUNDAY LUNCH - 5 JUNE

Sunday 5 June, we are travelling from Tauranga to Vilagrad Winery, Ohaupo,for one of their famous, delicious Sunday lunches. As well as the usual pick-ups available, we can pick up en route, travelling over the Kaimais, at Matamata i-Site & the Hinuera Valley

Treat yourself (and/or someone else) to a great day out!! No food prep, no dishes. Just time to enjoy the day. As usual we will stop for a glass of bubbles en route at Karapiro, & (Paul's famous sausage rolls!).

Meat and Fish

• Spit roast pork with crackle served with apple sauce or pineapple relish and homemade gravy. (GF, DF)
• Spit roast lamb served with mint sauce and homemade gravy. (GF, DF)
• Fresh whole steam baked fish with steamed mussels served with sauteed bok choy, mushrooms and red cabbage with white wine coconut cream. (GF, DF)

Salad and Vegetables

• Mixed garden salad with Vilagrad French dressing (GF, DF, V).
• Vilagrad Spanish salad with a selection of crisp garden vegetables, parsnip chips, chick peas, coriander, ginger with Vilagrad spicy nut mix (GF, DF, V).
• Roast agria potatoes with rosemary and garlic oil.(GF, DF, V)
• Indian red lentil dahl with tomato, cumin, coriander and ginger (GF, DF, V).
• Seasonal steamed garden vegetables in a Croatian roasted red capsicum sauce. (GF, DF, V)
• Selection of fresh breads with or without garlic butter (V)
  
• Selection of seasonal relishes and chutneys (GF, DF, V).

  • Chef's cake of the day served with fresh whipped cream, black dorris plums, and jelly.
  • Citrus mousse meringue
  • Natural yoghurt and Vilagrad's homemade caramel sauce.

COST: Door-to-door transport & extensive smorgasbord Lunch - $140.00pp.
