The Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement and Potential (MiLEAP) is seeking parents/guardians of children ages 0-10 to complete a short statewide survey about literacy skills and programs. Those completing the survey have the option to sign up to win a $25 gift card at the end of the survey. One winner will be selected from every county in the state of Michigan. The survey is anonymous - if you choose to participate in the raffle for the gift card, your contact information will be collected (email or phone number). Note - your contact information will be deleted after the winners are drawn.

At Ingham ISD, safety is a top priority. As part of our recent Capital Improvement projects, secure entrances were created at Wilson Talent Center, North Star School and Heartwood School. Watch this short video featuring Ingham ISD Facilities & Safety Director, Steve Rusnock, as he walks through how our new security measures are keeping staff and students safe.

As Veterans Day approaches on November 11, we invite you to honor Veterans. Last year, students at North Star School created a display featuring flags for all six branches of the U.S. Military, celebrating 236 local Veterans. This year, we want to recognize even more individuals and encourage you to register your Veteran connections. Submissions will be accepted through November 14. Save the Date! The Wilson Talent Center will host its annual Open House on Wednesday, December 11, from 4:30-7:30pm. This is an opportunity for prospective students and their family members to visit and learn more about programming opportunities for Fall of 2025. Guests can meet with instructors, learn about various curriculums, see the facilities and get their enrollment questions answered. There is no formal program, guests can visit anytime between 4:30-7:30pm. Please join us at 611 Hagadorn Road in Mason!
