Byrd Families,

Thank you all for your support of our first fundraiser for Byrd. We exceeded our goal and raised over $47,000! We are thrilled to be able to purchase more activities for kids on the playground, field trip buses, and purchasing incentives for students and staff. The fun run was exciting (and sweaty!). We will be planning this for October next year so hopefully, it will be cooler.

We were excited to have our first lunch visitors this week. Thank you all for only choosing one lunchtime per month to allow more parents to visit. Thank you to all of you who were able to attend our Curriculum Night. Our school is stronger when we work together as a team to support the children’s learning.

September is Attendance Awareness Month. It is so important that your children are here every day so that they do not miss important learning. Last week our attendance rate was 96%! That is great! We appreciate your help.

You can access your student’s points, school and classroom store purchases and referrals through the PBIS Family app. If you have not connected with your student’s account, please be on the lookout for a letter from the teacher with your student’s personal QR code.
