Annual Parent Meeting
The Annual Parent Meeting is a way to give parents important information about Title I and how we use it at BPS. Please take a few minutes to view this presentation. Don't forget to sign-in and complete the evaluation at the end. Thank you for your participation!
Every year, new School-Family Grade Level Compacts are drawn up to show what teachers, students, and parents have decided to focus on at school and at home in order to support the academic needs of our students. The compacts are a joint effort and all goals are decided upon by the teachers, students, and parents based on their input about what they feel is important. This years compacts will be reviewed and approved at the Fall PAC meeting on September 6th. All parents are welcome to attend that meeting.
The draft of the 2024-2025 Compact is available for you to pre-view. If you have any feedback about this year's compact please contact Amber Barnes.
FAMILY ENGAGEMENT
Virtual WIN Night
WIN Night stands for What I Need. This virtual presentation is for parents to help them understand their child's MAP Test results. The first MAP test was taken by students in August and the results for each student are sent home in a folder so parents can see their child's progress and what areas need improving. You can view the WIN night presentation on you time; talk with your child about their results and then send back the Sign-In Sheet. If you have further questions, get in touch with your teacher to schedule your Fall Parent-Teacher Conference.
