Attendance is IMPORTANT. Just a reminder on how you can be counted present:
- Logging in and submitting assignments on Seesaw.
- Logging in and completing something on Epic Books, Reading eggs, or Mathseeds.
- Talking to your child on the phone. **THIS IS A 2 WAY STREET. if you know that you will not be completing any of the above things that day.. PLEASE CALL ME! I am very busy and sometimes I can't stop what I'm doing to make a phone call, so please HELP ME OUT!.

Today we are reading Otis and the Scarecrow by Loren Long. We will have different reading responses to go along with our story this week. We are identifying nouns and verbs in reading. We will also work on author's purpose of entertain and inform. We are going to revise and edit a morning message from Mrs. Kennemer. We will begin a new BME story. Today we are going brainstorm the topic.

Today we are reading Summer Green to Autumn Gold by Mia Posada. We will have different reading responses to go along with our story this week. We are identifying nouns and verbs in reading. We will also work on author's purpose of entertain and inform. We are going to revise and edit a morning message from Mrs. Kennemer. We are working on a BME story. We will start drafting our topic we chose yesterday. We are also going to read from our HMH book "Blue Bird and Coyote" and do a comprehension quiz over it.
