Our Mission- is to provide the highest quality education for college and career preparedness to all students in conjunction with their parents, staff, and community in order to prepare them for a rapidly changing future.
Our Vision- Natha Howell Elementary team is committed to meeting the needs of ALL children by fostering a learning environment in which each child may achieve social and academic success while also developing a love of learning. Through the acts of peers and the school community, children learn to model respect, ownership, attitude, and responsibility. Pride in being a wildcat is our daily motto.

Although it is National Teacher Appreciation Week, which runs from May 6 to May 10, we must truly honor teachers every day. They are deserving of everything and much more! Think about telling your child's instructor how much you value and appreciate their efforts this week and for all of May.

With many years of specialization, Ms. Blanco-Davis has taught pupils everywhere from primary school to the university level. She concurs that recipients and expectants alike deserve excellent bilingual education. In addition to conducting presentations to other educators, she extends her learning by collaborating with local and community organizations. Her students are a community of learners who can communicate their brilliance in addition to demonstrating it. Ms. Blanco-Davis is a certified Exemplary teacher by the State of Texas.

Being an academic wildcat, Ms. Frazier is proud of her role. She is aspirational in her ability to interact with students and pay attention to their needs. Furthermore, she supports students in advocating for their learning and all learners. In her small group sessions, Ms. Frazier teaches a variety of approaches that assist emotionally fragile students become the greatest versions of themselves.

Mr. Estrada-Aguilar
Mr. Estrada-Aguilar is a well-versed teacher with international teaching experience. In his prior roles, he worked as an adjunct professor and tutored students at different levels. Mathematical processes are what motivates Mr. Aguilar, and he loves science and math. His goal is to build trusting relationships with both families and students.
Ms. Brown
Ms. Brown is a graduate student interning at Tarleton State. In order to establish a safe environment, she thinks that connections should be cultivated with students. To improve students' reading competency, Ms. Brown emphasizes fostering critical thinking skills in the classroom and applying challenging texts as she progressively learns from her colleagues. Her goal is to become an expert in both the science and practice of teaching.

As our librarian, Mrs. Campos has a strong commitment to literacy and our students. She has worked as a FWISD literacy teacher and applies her knowledge and abilities to develop the cognitive demands of comprehension and reasoning . Her extra time is devoted to our students, facilitating maker spaces, academic bees, scrabble clubs, and running groups. In addition to keeping kids accountable for higher order thinking tasks, she can be seen reading to them during library sessions. She has high expectations for all.

Ms. Smith is very devoted to Natha Howell. Her fondness for the PK classroom stems from her years of being a part of the school community. Parents and their families praise her for her initiatives to advocate for each child. Her affection for children and her aptitude for working with young learners are genuine gifts. She provides the campus and personnel with unwavering support.

I am excited to introduce Mr. Warters, our new addition to the school this year. Mr. Warters is a UTA graduate with a degree in psychology. He interacts with students, assisting with emotional management by applying his understanding of behavioral skills. Mr. Warters holds students to a high standard and is always eager to learn. He continues to enhance his practice by attending professional learning sessions to assist students in need.
Ms. Guerrero 4th Grade
I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of Ms. Guerrero, a dedicated and hardworking teacher who started in the FWISD BTAP program at Natha Howell.
Ms. Guerrero's goal-oriented approach with her students has helped them excel and grow in their learning journey. Her commitment to excellence and teamwork is truly commendable, making her a key player at our campus.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Guerrero has recently welcomed her newborn son, Benjamin. On this special occasion of Mother's Day, let us extend our warmest wishes to Ms. Guerrero as she embraces this new chapter of motherhood.
