The Spring Semester is always busy and we are hitting the ground running this week.

Here are some important upcoming dates.

1/28 - Hill County Spelling Bee

2/4 - ELAR Benchmark - Testing Schedule

2/6 - SCIENCE Benchmark - Testing Schedule

2/12 - SOCIAL STUDIES Benchmark - Testing Schedule

2/25 - MATH & ALGEBRA I Benchmark - Testing Schedule

We had 100% participation both weeks of Academic UIL.

The same cannot be said for Robinson and Connally due to illnesses.

Every Hillsboro contestant completed their event.

We should have final results Thursday Morning.

Our Hill County Spelling Bee was awesome!

It was very competitive and went to more rounds than we usually see.

Our Hill County Champion is Ayden Vargas who will go to the Dallas Regional Bee (televised) in March.

Our Runner-Up is Elisa Garcia.

The U.S. Department of Education named Hillsboro Junior High School (HJHS) a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School!!

This prestigious recognition highlights campuses that excel in academic performance and serve as models of effective and innovative practices for educators across the nation.
