Weather Reminder
Jackets, snowpants, and boots are REQUIRED in the morning for wake up and walk AND during recess. Please ensure your learner is coming to school with gloves/mittens, a hat, and scarf for added protection. We recommend having a spare change of clothes placed in their locker as well. The weather will continue to drop, and we want to make sure all of our students are comfortable and protected.
Absences!
Reminder: If your learner is going to be gone from school FOR WHATEVER REASON, you need to let the school know. Please call the office at 701-356-2010 to let us know of the absence.
Dropoff!
Please note that students should be dropped off in the morning on the North side of the building where door1 is located. Students should not be dropped off near the track.

Social Work Supports
Pickup & Dropoff
- Drop off: Students should not be dropped off earlier than 7:30 am (unless a special arrangement). Morning choices and wake up and walk is available to students who arrive between 7:30-8:00.
- Leaving Early: If picking up your learner before regular dismissal, please call the office so the teacher can be notified. Students will be called to the office once you arrive to get them. They must be picked up and signed out in the office. If they are returning before the end of the day, they need to be walked back into the building and signed back in.
- Pick up: Students need to be picked up promptly at dismissal (2:40). If you are running late, please the call the school to let us know. If not picked up by 3:10, the SRO (School Resource Officer) is contacted. If they're still not picked up by 3:30, dispatch is contacted for a West Fargo officer.
- Change in Pick up: If your learner is going home with someone different than normal, please let the office know by 1:00 that day so we can let the teachers know.
- Sick: If your learner has a fever or has thrown up, they must be 24 hours fever free and/or throw up free in order to come back to school. If your learner has COVID they must be 24 hours symptom free before returning.
- Weather: Jackets are REQUIRED in the morning for wake up and walk AND during recess. We also recommend sending a pair of gloves, a hat, and scarf with your child for added protection. The weather will continue to drop, and we want to make sure all of our students are comfortable and protected.

Through federal education law, parents have the right to request information on the professional qualifications of the teachers and paraprofessionals at our school. If you are interested in learning this information, please contact the school administration office at 701-356-2010 and ask for Mariah. Upon this request, you will receive a detailed explanation of the licensing, education, and experience of each of our teachers. You will also receive information regarding the names and qualifications of the paraprofessionals at our school.
