Message from the Principal
Dear Kewaskum Families,
As we approach the end of October, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the exciting events we’ve experienced this month and share some important updates.
Homecoming week was a resounding success! Our students truly embraced the spirit of Kewaskum with events like the He-Man Volleyball Game, where our athletes showcased their competitive spirit, and the Powder Puff Football Game, which brought together students for an evening of fun and camaraderie. The highlight of the week was undoubtedly the Homecoming Parade, where our community came together to celebrate our students and their achievements. The Homecoming Dance saw over 450 students in attendance, creating lasting memories and showcasing the vibrant spirit of our school.
Additionally, I want to commend our students for their participation in the KEYS run, which emphasized health and wellness while fostering a sense of community. It’s great to see our students engaged in such positive activities.
As we look ahead, we will be concluding our trimester in November, so please remind your students to stay focused and finish strong. We also conducted practice sessions for the PRE-ACT and ACT this month, equipping our students with valuable skills and strategies for the ACT Secure and ACT in the Spring.
On November 11, we will honor our veterans with a special program featuring guest speaker Josh Schoeman. This event is a meaningful opportunity for our students to learn about and appreciate the sacrifices made by those who have served our country.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community. Together, we are fostering an environment where our students can thrive academically and socially.
Sincerely,
Kevin Bryant
Principal
Kewaskum School District
