All of our families have access to the GoGuardian Parent tool which allows parents/guardians to monitor their student’s use of their district-issued devices – including their student’s browsing history, internet searches, and more. April 10-11 - School Pictures for 24-25 School year

April 19 - Minimum Day (End of Grading Period) No tutorial after school

Schedule your haircut and pick out your best shirt for School Picture Day! All returning students for next year will take their ID Card/Yearbook photo on either April 10th or April 11th depending on their English Class. See your English teacher to find out which day your class will be visiting the gym foyer for photos. Information on purchasing pictures will be sent out soon. ID cards will be distributed the first week of school in August.

Hey Pack! Sign up in the counseling office today to attend the upcoming Job Applications & Interviews Workshop. Learn how to fill out a job application properly, interviewing techniques, and local job leads. Be sure to land the job you are looking for. The Workshop will be held from 7:15 AM to 8:15 AM in room L1 on Thursday, April 25th.

It’s never too early to start planning for your future. Join us at our Beyond High School: Planning Your Future Workshop on Thursday, May 9th at 7:15 AM in the College and Career Center L-1. Students will learn how to develop a plan after high school, identify priorities, and research options. Sign up in the counseling office today!

Interested in learning more about UC Merced? An admissions representative will be on campus to meet with students on Wednesday, April 10th during lunch time in the College and Career Center L-1. Come learn all about admissions and campus life. Sign up in the Counseling office today!

It is best practice for students to email the teacher (and CC a parent) with intent of attending. This gives the teacher the chance to respond if tutorial will not be held and creates accountability for the student and parent of attending. Students could follow up with a quick email, "I attended tutorial on....with..." to document attendance.

In addition, anytime that we have a Minimum day, we will not hold after school tutorials as teachers are in staff meetings or working to submit grades.

If you plan to continue your formal education at a 4-year-university or community college we want to recognize you amongst your peers and family on Friday, May 3rd at 2:30PM in the West Hills Theater Foyer.

This is a time for photo opportunities and celebration. We will have the West Hills logo backdrop and WHHS light up letters in the foyer for plenty of photo opportunities. We hope you will join us.
