Upcoming Dates
- June 21: National Indigenous Peoples Day
- June 26: Last day of classes
- June 27: Operational Day (schools closed to students)
Final Exams
Starting June 19th we will be in full exam mode. However, classes will operate as usual after each exam. Students should plan to be at school all day until the last day of school, June 25th. Study and review sessions will be provided starting June 18th for Grade 9 and June 19th for Grade 7 and 8. Students can also use the time to further demonstrate learning.
Parents and guardians who choose to excuse a student from school after an exam must ensure their student goes home after the exam.
FSPL, Youth Council, and BGC present Cram-a-thon, June 14th! On this special night the library opens its doors just for teens studying for finals and exams! The library will be open “after hours” on the evening of Friday, June 14 for Gr. 7-12 students only from 6-10 pm. Find a spot in the library for group study or study solo in designated quiet areas. Some tutors will even be on hand to lend support. Take a break with Panago pizza, snacks and some rejuvenating activities like therapy animals and art! This is a drop-in evening and youth will be free to arrive and leave the library on their own accord. We look forward to seeing you!
Fitness Centre
We did it! Our upgrade has been completed! Thank you to all who participated in the fundraiser, to the parent association for their hard work, and of course to the past volunteers who helped make this happen who may not be part of our school anymore.
