GLOBE's dress code and uniform policy is in effect through the remainder of the school year. Please note that there are no more dress-down days. Thank you to everyone who took part in support of the 8th grade trip to Savannah.

Join us tomorrow, Thursday, April 17, from 6–7:30pm at Upper Campus for the PTCC Speaker Series for Exceptional Children’s Week. This session is open to all families! Come out, socialize, have a bite, share and learn. We will provide dinner (menu TBD) and childcare. Please RSVP asap by completing this form so we will be able to accommodate everyone.

The Upper Campus band, chorus, orchestra, and art departments cordially invite you to the second annual Night of the Arts!

Music students and teachers will perform solos and in small ensembles, and art students will present a gallery show. Come one, come all to this free event! Please note: All students must be accompanied by a parent or other adult providing active supervision for the duration.

Our yearbook orders are down almost 100 books from last year, so we will order 100 fewer books than last year. If you think you will want a yearbook, please order it soon, or you may not be able to get one. Click here to reserve your 2024/25 yearbook.

The PTCC is seeking committed volunteers to serve as PTCC Officers. Each officer position is a two year term (school years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027). Click here for further information and an application form.

Recycle your electronics AND unwanted sneakers

GLOBE families, did you know most people throw away their unwanted sneakers after 250-400 miles, or every 125-200 days, without ever thinking about recycling? Did you know the process of manufacturing sneakers produces large amounts of CO2 not to mention filling landfills?
Recycle your unwanted SNEAKERS this EARTH Week in the collection bins at Upper and Lower Campus carpool Monday, April 21 through Friday, April 25. Keep your kicks out of the landfill!

To recycle your electronics (cables, monitors, gaming equipment, computers, printers, and much more), place them in the bins provided. NO TELEVISIONS accepted. Click here to view a complete list of accepted items.

City BBQ (Blackmon Drive location) will donate 20% of proceeds to GLOBE on Thursday, April 24, from 11am to 8pm. Dine in, take out, delivery, drive-thru, pick up and phone orders all qualify.

Tennis: The Girls and Boys Tennis Teams both finished their regular season in 1st place! Girls tennis results: 1st - GLOBE, 2nd - Peachtree, 3rd - St. Martins, 4th - Galloway.

Boys tennis results: 1st - GLOBE, 2nd - AIS, 3rd - Peachtree, 4th - Galloway.

Both Girls and Boys teams play Galloway on Tuesday, April 22, from 1pm to 4pm at Blackburn Park.

Flag Football: The A Team are in 1st place! Congratulations to the players and coaches. The semi-finals take place on Tuesday, April 22, from 4:30pm at Wildcat Park, where GLOBE will play Peachtree and Cliff Valley will play Museum School. Go GLOBE!

Boys Volleyball: A Team is in 1st place having played Clarkston High School JV team last week and went 3 sets. Their next game is tomorrow, Thursday, April 17, from 4pm, at GLOBE gym. B Team @ 4:30pm and A Team at 5:30pm. Come out to watch them play!

Golf: Our Golf Team is doing a GREAT job! They have a match on Thursday and play in the MAAC Tournament on Wednesday, April 23.

Girls Soccer: The team defeated Galloway today, 5-2 and played a great game!
