A Message from the Superintendent
As we prepare to welcome our Wildcats back to school, I want to take a moment to share how excited we are for the upcoming school year. This year marks a fresh start, a reset, and a refocus on what matters most—our students and their learning.
It is with great gratitude and excitement that I step into the role of superintendent in our district, and I am deeply honored to serve our students, families, and community. We have a strong sense of pride in Keystone, and I am committed to building on that foundation as we move forward into this next chapter. Together, we can create an environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. Whether it's through innovative teaching practices, nurturing relationships, or creating safe and welcoming spaces, we are ready to make this year an amazing journey of growth and achievement for ALL.
This year, we are concentrating on a reset and a refocus. Together, we can develop a sense of hope in all of our students and remain laser-focused on learning each day. We believe that by working together—students, families, staff, and community members—we can create an educational experience that truly prepares our students for success in their futures.
Additional communications from our building principals will be sent on Wednesday of this week. They will provide more detailed information, specific to each building, including any important updates you need to know before the first day of school on August 28th for grades 1-12.
Thank you for your continued support and trust in our district. We are looking forward to a fantastic year ahead, filled with new opportunities, learning, and growth.
Let's make this school year our best one yet!
Warm regards,
Zachary Weagley, Superintendent
Keystone Local School District
