SWPBIS Regional Coaches Days

Are you looking for a chance to network and collaborate with local SWPBIS coaches and team members? Do you feel like you are struggling to keep your program fresh and engaging for staff and students? Or is your program thriving with successful Tier 1 implementation and you have so many great ideas to share with others? If you said yes to any of the above questions, then coaches day is just right for you!

This year coaches day is divided into primary schools (K-6th) and secondary schools (7th-12th) in order to better meet the needs of each team in their implementation of PBIS. Research has shown that coaching is a cornerstone of implementation fidelity. This event is an opportunity for coaches and teams to engage with role-alike peers in professional learning and resource sharing.

• All sessions will be held from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Act 48 hours will be awarded after the completion of the last Coaches Day (5.5 hours per day)
• There is no cost to the participant or district

On the third Wednesday of each month, optional mini-trainings will be held virtually for PBIS team members. Topics will range from Universal Tier 1 Supports to Advanced Tiers Supports. In addition, these monthly coaches calls will be an opportunity for coaches and teams to seek guidance, ask questions, share successes or challenges, and provide resources with their facilitators and other coaches across districts.

• Recordings of calls will be available to participants
• Act 48 hours will be awarded after the completion of the last Monthly Coaches Call (.5 hours for each call)
• There is no cost to the participant or district
