REMINDER: FALL BREAK 10/14 - 10/18/24

Please have your child arrive on time for school. Remember, first bell rings at 7:30 a.m. Students are tardy to class if they are not in their classrooms by 7:40 a.m.

Please use School Dismissal Manager to report how your child goes home. You can also use it to report absences or late arrivals due to appointments. You can also call the Attendance Line at 317-594-4840 to report an absence. If you need help, please call Stacy or Bonnie in office. Just a reminder to let office know reason for absences. If no reason given, student is given an unexcused.

October Cafeteria Happenings:

Global Meal, October 22nd: Jamaican Chicken Curry served as an entree or sample.

Harvest of the Month- Figs! During the month we will be sampling this summer fruit in a variety of ways!

The cafeteria will begin offering ice cream weekly. The cost is $1.25. Students must have money in their account or bring money in. We will be offering a variety of flavors, gluten free and dairy free options. If you would like to put restrictions on your student's lunch account please email or call Beth Verhoestra, bverhoestra@hse.k12.in.us, DCE Cafeteria Manager.

Saturday, November 9th will be the 21st Annual Carrie Colglazier Scholarship Workday. Students from FFA, National Honor Society, Girls Soccer and Girls Track will be available to work. For more information and to sign up to hire workers go to carriecolglazier.org/;

In the summer of 2003, Carrie Colglazier a 2002 Hamilton Southeastern graduate was tragically killed by a drunk driver. Carrie was a two sport All-State athlete in soccer and track and was very involved in the FFA program here at HSE. Carrie was extremely passionate about her family, friends, teammates and her teachers and coaches. She took a great deal of pride in being a Royal.

Winter Recreational Basketball Registration is Open

• Boys Basketball - Registration for the Mudsock Boys Basketball rec season (K - 8th) and (New) Mudsock Elite (formerly Rec+) is open at myathletics.com. Please note, Mudsock Elite will be separate from the rec league; players who register for Mudsock Elite will NOT be required to register for rec basketball. Learn more.
