After lunch, you are welcome to sign your child out and start your summer break early. We look forward to celebrating the end of a wonderful year with you!
Second Grade Clap Out Celebration
Second Grade Families,
Please join us for a heartwarming Clap Out on Wednesday, May 28 at 10:55 AM, as we celebrate our amazing second graders before they head off to their next adventure at CIS!
We invite families to arrive by 10:45 AM to line the halls and cheer on our students as they take their final walk through Hazel Harvey. Let’s send them off with big smiles, loud applause, and lots of love!
Friendly Reminder: End-of-Day Transportation Changes
If your child has a change in transportation at the end of the day, please call the office before 2:45 PM. This gives our office staff enough time to notify homeroom teachers and dismissal monitors to ensure a smooth and safe transition.
Thank you for your help in keeping dismissal time organized and stress-free!

Birthday Treat & Holiday Party Reminder
To ensure the safety of all our students, we kindly ask that any birthday or holiday treats brought to school be prepackaged or purchased from a source where nutritional information can be verified online. For example, treats from Dunkin' Donuts allow us to look up ingredients and nutritional facts.
This policy helps us accommodate students with food allergies, diabetes, and other health concerns, making celebrations safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Important Transportation Update for 2025-2026 School Year
Beginning next school year (2025-2026), students will have a consistent, one-way transportation arrangement home from school to ensure their safety and simplify tracking. Families will need to select one primary transportation method for their child: riding the bus home, being picked up in the car loop, or walking home.
Please note that CHIPP Early Release Fridays will remain an exception to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to create a safe and efficient dismissal process for all students!
