Employee Wellness Newsletter
April 2024
This newsletter will provide information on mental & emotional, physical, nutritional, and financial wellness. We will focus on a proactive approach to health and well-being. The EWS Newsletter will also offer support & guidance resources and suggestions that we hope will reduce anxiety and stress.
Our Massage Events Continue
Our 15-minute massage events are tailored specifically to cater to the needs of our educators, offering them a rejuvenating and revitalizing experience in the midst of their busy schedules. These events provide a convenient opportunity for educators to take a well-deserved break and prioritize their self-care. Through targeted massage techniques focusing on key areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, and back, our skilled therapists work to alleviate stress, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation in just a short amount of time. By participating in these events, educators not only prioritize their physical and mental well-being but also enhance their overall productivity and effectiveness in the classroom.
