Benefits Information for NEW staff

NEW STAFF BENEFITS MEETINGS

When it comes to benefits are you – Having questions?

In need of a bit of help?

Totally Lost?

Benefits and forms can be overwhelming so we have scheduled 6 meetings on 2 days for you to learn and ask questions about the benefits offered to you by the Plymouth Public Schools and to help you complete the forms. The meetings will be-

September 11th at PNHS in the Lecture Hall at 2:30, 3:30 and 4:30

September 12 at PSHS in the Culinary Café at 2:30, 3:30 and 4:30

The meetings are not mandatory but will be informative and maybe a little entertaining. Registration is not needed all you need to do is show-up.

Please be aware that if you are enrolling a spouse, ex-spouse, dependents you will need

1. to attach a copy of your marriage certificate (for spouse)

2. to attach a copy of the divorce decree (for ex-spouse)

3. to attach a copy of their birth certificate, court order, adoption papers (for dependents)

Column and Lane Changes

Just a reminder if you are anticipating a column and/or lane change this year, please submit the form that is attached below and on the PPS HR page on the website to Alisha Cardarelli at central office by September 15th. It is imperative that we receive this form in advance of any changes that you anticipate happening this year - in either the fall or spring semester. Thanks again and the official transcript should be sent to central once the coursework is complete.

Food Services Name Change

Patti Callahan who is the assistant food services director recently got married and has a name change - congratulations Patti! Her new name for contact information/email is Patti Callahan-Ryan. Patti is in charge of all catering services throughout the district as well as other areas of food services.

Who's Who at Central Office 2018

We will be emailing out the updated chart that identifies "who's who at central office" to help navigate our large district and hopefully this will further enhance district-wide communication.
