-Sports Physicals and Health Insurance information MUST be uploaded into FOCUS. Directions on how to complete this process can be found below.

-Please do not send copies of the sports physical into the AD or Athletic Trainer anymore. All physicals will be verified in the FOCUS portal.

PLEASE READ-VERY IMPORTANT!

Students are academically ineligible if they have less than a 2.0 grade point average (GPA, NOT QPA) or more than one failing, incomplete, or medical grade in the 4th quarter. Fall eligibility is determined by the 4th quarter grades ONLY. (Quarter grades, NOT final grades). This requirement does not apply to incoming 9th grade students for initial fall sports eligibility.

*BCPS does not offer a probationary period for students not meeting the academic eligibility standard.

*Winter Eligibility determined by 1st quarter grades.

*Spring Eligibility determined by 2nd quarter grades.
