Parents and Teachers,

As we approach the end of the grading period, I wanted to send a friendly reminder that report card grades are due soon. This is a time to reflect on students' progress and ensure that all assignments, assessments, and feedback are up-to-date.

For Teachers:
Please take a moment to review your grading and finalize any outstanding assessments. Make parent contact and speak with students about the importance of turning in all assignments. If there are any concerns or if you need assistance with the grading process, feel free to reach out. We appreciate your hard work and dedication in supporting student success.

For Parents:
As grades are being prepared, now is a great time to check in with your child and/or their teachers about their progress. If you have any questions or would like to discuss their performance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to their teachers for clarification or additional support.

We look forward to sharing students’ achievements and areas for growth with you in the upcoming report cards. Thank you for your continued partnership in supporting student learning.
