SHARK SHOUTOUTS
- Shark shoutouts to the leaders of the Gender Sexuality Alliance for their work organizing the Day of Silence at MRHS to protest the harmful effects of harassment and discrimination of LGBTQ people in schools. April 8th will be the Day of Silence at Monomoy High School. -Mr. Matt Brown
- Shoutouts also to my AP psychology students, who have been working very hard to master a great deal of material in a very short time. Many AP psych students were members of the cast of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and despite the extra demands of rehearsals and performances have stayed on track. I am grateful to have such talented and hard-working students. -Mr. Matt Brown
- Shark Shoutout to all the Grade 10 students who participated in ELA MCAS!
Shark Shoutout to all the staff that helped with MCAS this week!
A message from the MRHS Theatre Company:
The MRHS Theatre Company would like to thank the school community and anyone who attended the performances of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee for being wonderful recipients and audience members! After so much time with limited or no performances, it has been such a joy for the company members to finally have a musical with some semblance of normalcy. Performing onstage for such a beautiful community is a privilege not many can experience, and the students of our company extend immeasurable gratitude for such an opportunity. Much love from our family to yours!!

Key Club spread St. Patrick's Day Cheer to MRHS Staff
On Wednesday, March 16th, the day before St. Patrick’s Day, the MRHS Key Club officers spent their afternoon putting St. Patrick’s Day cards into each teachers’ mailbox. At the previous two Key Club meetings, Key Club members spent their time making the cards! Attached is an image of the cards being put into their mailboxes. The Key Club hopes that they helped to spread some St. Patrick’s Day cheer! Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible, and thank you to our teachers for being so great!
